This Refund Policy applies to paid plans and services offered by Pro Bono Legal, LLC, also known as LawTegic Solutions Media ("LawTegic," "we," "us," or "our") through Free Competition Eraser (the "Service").
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your order date.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact us at john@lawtegic.solutions and we will assist you with the request.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals; access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds for renewals after the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Paddle.
